updated Firefox to 34, now fails to display bank logon web page

Is this a problem with the bank security certificate? I can log on via Safari and I could do it with Firefox at version 33.

The service.oneaccount.com server only works properly with the insecure SSL3 protocol and not with TLS. That server needs to update their software and disable SSL3 and add support for TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2

You should contact your bank and ask them to look into this.

Hi, I have this problem too.

I use this site daily so do I need to stop using Firefox or is there a workaround? I doubt the mighty Natwest/RBS will respond very quickly (If at all) to little me!

You would have to enable SSL3 temporarily to access such a website.

Make sure to only do this when you need it to avoid making you vulnerable.
