I have changed IP provider from Frontiernet.net to Greenlightnetworks.com. Now whenever I try to send an email I get the following error message: The size of the message you are trying to send exceeds a temporary size limit of the server. The message was not sent; try to reduce the message size or wait some time and try again. The server responded: 452 4.7.1 <hapddm@rit.edu>: Recipient address rejected: 8.9.80.253 exceeded hourly recipients threshold..

Start your computer in 'Safe Mode' and then run various Anti-virus and malware program to check you do not have something lurking on your computer that could be the cause. Once you have verified that all is ok...

I would suggest you contact them to find out what is going on. Find out if there has been a load of emails sent - assuming it is not you. Someone may have been abusing your email address.
