hi Arlene2011, please try using the 64bit version of firefox for a while and see if this makes a difference in stability. you can download it from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ (before installing it, please uninstall your current firefox version - your data like bookmarks, history and passwords won't be affected by this and remain)
