I have three email accounts on BTYahoo. At present they are upgrading, and, whenever I log on, I get a pop-up telling me this. There is a box to tick so that I do not receive this message, but it does not work on Firefox. I contacted BT and they told me to try another browser. I used Internet Explorer and could remove the pop-up, on Explorer, but not on Firefox. I wish to use Firefox, as it is more convenient, but BT almost seem to be trying to prise me away from my choice. Can you do anything to sort them out?

If updating the extensions does not change the issue, please consider starting Firefox in Safe Mode.
