something blocking videos
I am looking for guidance to fix a website that is not displaying videos for me. The website is sunnewsnetwork.ca. I believe NoScript is blocking the videos but am unsure how to fix this problem. It is the only site I am having trouble with right now.

Bear in mind that some of your other extensions, such as Ghostery, DoNotTrackMe, Bluhell Firewall, and Adblock Edge also may affect how sites work, and not all sites are compatible with HTTPS-Everywhere. Isolating the specific culprit may take some time and if you've allowed all of the logical candidates on the NoScript menu, I wouldn't invest too much time in chasing that one.

If you suspect that NoScript is causing your problem, try posting in the NoScript forum. The support people over there are whizzes at solving issues that are inadvertently caused by use of the NoScript add-on.

When using NoScript, it is crucial to be able to see and have quick access to its "S" icon. Can you see the NoScript button on the Add-on bar or main Navigation Toolbar?
If the icon appears, you can hover your mouse over it and try allowing servers that look relevant.
If it's not appearing, you may have turned off the display of the Add-on toolbar or you may need to customize a bit.
- To turn toolbar display on and off, either:
- right-click a blank area of the tab bar
- right-click the new tab "+" button on the tab bar
- View menu > Toolbars
- orange Firefox button > expand the Options menu
- To move buttons around between toolbars, see: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.
I will check in the forum you suggested thanks the-edmeister.
Jscher thanks for that info about the add-on bar, I had it set so the add-on bar was not showing so in certain situations I had no access to change the permission's since the display at the bottom was disappearing after I had accepted all or after a certain time. Now I know how to access it when i need. I have fiddled with this site for sometime now so I have decided I need help after no success.
I will update this thread with my results after checking the NoScript forum. (not sure why this post is showing 2 different fonts but not a big deal.)

That is because you started the second paragraph with a space character, causing it to get wrapped in <pre></pre> tags.

Fixed. Thank you, I would have never guessed that. I have posted a topic here http://forums.informaction.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=19249 if anyone wants to follow or reply.
Some of those add-ons are recently installed after already having this issue for several months so can be ruled out in my opinion.
top guess would be noscript, the adblocker or ghostery.
Ghostery wins the prize. I must not have done my original troubleshooting right I don't know why it took me so long to figure this out.... need to grease the wheels I guess.
Now to figure out how to continue using Ghostery.
Edit: Problem solved permission required by Ghostery for "brightcove". No script has afew permissions required including brightcove.com which is the video player.
