I have Answer 2.3.54 installed and working in FF9. But after updating to Firefox 10, selecting a word, right click -> Look up * on Answer.com doesn't do anything. New tab does not open.

Answer.com's AnswerTip works fine with the alt-clicking method though. But if I set the option for alt-clicking to open in browser, nothing happens either.

I tried disabling, enabling / uninstalling, reinstalling / disabling other extensions. Nothing worked. The right click "Search Google for" function still works fine though.

This is one of those small but annoying glitches. Please help! System is running on Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

Hi,

Please try creating a new profile and install the add-on.

You can later copy the important files from the old profile and also install other add-ons.

If the problem persists you can also try to inform them.

Thanks for the quick reply Vivek. Tried your profile suggestion, but it didn't seem to make any difference.

Contacted answers.com at the link you provided.

Thanks!
