Keazen oplossing

Firefox retains the last eight pages in cache in order to speed up browsing. For example, if you surf to other sites after closing the first one, but then come back to it later, Firefox fetches that from the cache instead of going on the Web again to download it.

If you clear the cache, then that will obviously will slow down browsing a little.

Clearing the cache is more of a troubleshooting tool really. If a certain site won't load, then clearing it from the cache may sometimes help.

To answer your question though, do the following.

  1. Click the orange Firefox button, then click Options | Options | Advanced.

  2. In the Network tab, Offline storage menu, click the Clear Now button.
