Firefox Sync No Longer Gives Me Option To 'Add A Device' Under Sync menu

I'm try to sync my Adroid Phone with Firefox Destop and when I go to Options and Synce menu, I no longer see the 'Add A Device' option. I just get 'Set Up Firefox Sync' followed by 'Create New Account' or an 'I already Have a Firefox Sync account' Clicking the

I aready have an account option just gives me a key to add to my mobile device and my mobile device gives me a separate key to add to my desktop so I'm stuck with no where to go because none of the keys seem to work.

This is getting on my nerves because I constantly have to keep syncing my device and this has never happened before, I usually add the key from the phone to Firefox desktop and thats worked in the past but not any more.
