Browser keeps redirecting to wrong country
Hi all,
Since recently Firefox keeps redirecting me as if I'm in Switzerland where I haven't been to ever since I use the internet. My location is in Croatia. I have tried to clear cache, cookies and browsing history multiple times, use incognito mode, my language is setup to English and I don't use VPN. Nothing helped. This unfortunately requires deeper dive because I can say for certainty that an individual who illegally surveils my device deliberately made this change and something needs to be done on Mozilla's end. Is there a way to directly contact Mozilla's support or what would you suggest to do to solve this issue?
Many thanks,
Lana

I have again cleared all history, cache, cookies and data and logged in to gmail. Google's prompt shows my location is in Switzerland.
Your Browser and computer gets their location from the O/S that tracks with your ISP for location data and if you use VPN or Proxy that will give the wrong location data. Mozilla/Firefox uses your O/S and ISP tracking location to determine your location. Firefox uses the data location it is given it has no control over that data.
You can check the connection settings and check for possible issues with a Proxy or VPN service.
- Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings
If you do not need to use a Proxy to connect to internet, select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.

You can use websites like these to check how your location is reported via a reverse DNS lookup of your IP:
