Well, the HTML is poor and will never work. I made no attempt to make it pretty, just to function. I added XXXXX just to have some text. The output is not pretty, and I encourage you to seek a pro to do this. This forum is not intended for giving tutorials in HTML. The attached screenshot works, but I suggest more work.
