If you go into the FireFox options/settings for passwords and logins, i think you will find your FireFox account login and password.

inside the password section search for FireFox and jot down the info.

Hi tim, Firefox stores all your data locally so you can back up your profile folder -- unless you have lost access to your computer where you had Firefox set up. See: Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles.

You can install the About Sync extension in Firefox 72 and newer on desktop to check what data is stored on the Sync server via the about:sync page provided by this extension.

Close and restart Firefox to access the about:sync page added by this extension (see the about:about page for possible about pages).

i checked this last time but for some reason it doesnt save my passwords, i had 2 firefox account passwords in about:logins but none of them work
