Firefox crashed when installing latest update and now will not load due to an error message, can't locate profile. I am on a MacBookPro and no article helps. Worst customer service ever. How do I get Firefox working again. Tried removing the program and doing a clean install. Same issue.

Is this a joke? How did I ever get Firefox to run the first time I ever used it never having on my Mac? There is no Firefox folder in the library. I deleted the Modzilla folder. Still get the same message.

Hello You could try to create a profile with the Profile Manager: 1) Run the Terminal application, which is found in Applications/Utilities. 2) Type or paste in the path to Firefox, followed by .app/Contents/MacOS/firefox. For example, if Firefox is installed in the recommended location, you would enter /Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox. 3) Enter a space character followed by --profilemanager. This will present the Profile Manager window in which you can make your selection. 4) Hit return You can see the Profile Manager menu : http://mzl.la/1BAQGnB
