Copy/paste not working on various websites.
For example, currently I cannot copy/paste text in YouTube comments.
In Quantum 60.0.1 (64-bit), the most issues I have experienced have been with YouTube's comment section. It's constantly failing to load, sometimes taking 10-15 seconds of scrolling up/down to get it to appear- sometimes not loading at all. Nonetheless, the issue today is copying/pasting text.
I have tried re-enabling it in config, tried safe mode, tried no extensions, tried reinstalling, tried resetting, I don't have malware. So... please look into it.

Hi, please Copy/Paste about:config to the Address Bar and Enter After ok, in the search box at top of page that runs full width copy/paste clipb and then wait. Once is populated Double-click dom.event.clipboardevents.enabled to switch its value from true to false. From 3bar Menu use Exit then restart Firefox. Please remember what you did, in case need to reverse it at some time or it does not work.
You can also use a Extension : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/clipboard-inserter/
You can also from a Dos Administrator Prompt run Sfc /Scannow (Sfc<space>/Scannow) to fix registry entries and files in Win 7.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

I mentioned earlier checking about:config was one of the solutions I attempted.
I also ran the System File Checker cmd line script and found no issues. I have tried everything.
Firefox and YouTube are always conflicting with one another, for whatever reason.
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
You will need to restart Firefox for this to take effect so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.,) and then perform these steps:
- Click the menu button and select Options (Windows) or Preferences (Mac, Linux).
- Select the General panel.
- Under Performance, uncheck Use recommended performance settings. Additional settings will be displayed.
- Uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available.
- Close Firefox completely and then restart Firefox to see if the problem persists.
