Doing a long press on the image gives me this menu, none of which is a "save image" option.

If I press the additional menu on the right, I get this menu, whose sole option is 'SHARE".

Try long pressing on the middle of the image not outsite the image.

Nothing new happens when I do that. If I press on the bottom right corner, I get this menu, which has no save image option.

I think you are trying to download from facebook.com. Thats why this is not working. Just follow these steps to download from facebook. First click on "View Full Size" just below the image on facebook. Then only the image will be opened. Now Just long press on the middle of the image and then select "Save image". Hope this will solve your problem.

That actually worked! Kinda sucks that I have to go to the picture twice in order to download, though. In my old browser I could download straight from my feed. Any chance there might be a functionality change in the future?

Its not the firefox browser, its m.facebook.com site's new update that make you go to the picture twice. Thanks.
