[[Video:What's up with SUMO - Feb. 14]]
==The big things this week==
*[http://moxie.jamessocol.com/bugstats/sumo/2.5 SUMO 2.5] going out tomorrow. It includes a new look for the support forum which you can see right now on [http://support.allizom.org/ support.allizom.org]. Also if you go there with a mobile browser you can see some of the in-progress work on mobile layouts.
*There are some Live Chat and Knowledge Base metrics that still need to be figured out. We’ll be working on them this week but they probably won’t show up in the metrics report for two weeks.
*Work continues on updating articles for Firefox 4. All the work happening in the [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/forums/knowledge-base-articles Articles Forum] is appreciated.
*Michael will post a demo of a new screencast in the [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/forums/contributors Contributors Forum] later today.
*Matthew and David will go over the [https://wiki.mozilla.org/Support/Live_Chat/Web_Client_PRD Live Chat web client PRD] this week to see if it needs to be updated.

Here we are gathering information about the way we work and general information that will be useful for all contributors. If you have something to add, let us know.
===SUMO Bugs===
If there is anything wrong on SUMO, please let us know, so we can fix it. As usual at Mozilla, we use Bugzilla to track bugs. [https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?resolution=---&resolution=DUPLICATE&query_format=advanced&component=Knowledge%20Base%20Software&product=support.mozilla.com Check SUMO bugs] to see if your issue is not yet in Bugzilla and just [https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?alias=&assigned_to=nobody%40mozilla.org&blocked=&bug_file_loc=http%3A%2F%2F&bug_severity=normal&bug_status=NEW&comment=&component=Knowledge%20Base%20Software&contenttypeentry=&contenttypemethod=autodetect&contenttypeselection=text%2Fplain&data=&dependson=&description=&flag_type-325=X&flag_type-37=X&flag_type-4=X&flag_type-607=X&form_name=enter_bug&keywords=&maketemplate=Remember%20values%20as%20bookmarkable%20template&op_sys=All&priority=--&product=support.mozilla.com&qa_contact=kb-software%40sumo.bugs&rep_platform=All&short_desc=&status_whiteboard=&target_milestone=---&version=unspecified provide a summary and a brief description of the problem].
=== Testing Environments ===
Besides our production servers at [http://support.mozilla.com support.mozilla.com], we have two different servers available for testing:
* On [http://support.allizom.org support.allizom.org ]you can try out the latest development version of our software. Please check here, before you file a bug. It might be that we fixed an issue already, but it's not on the production servers yet.
* On [http://support-release.allizom.org support-release.allizom.org] we have an exact copy of the software that runs on the production servers. If you want to make a change and are unsure how it works, you can test it on this server first. During the short period after a code freeze, but before we ship, the new version of the software is tested on this server.
===Development Schedule===
As a public good organization, our work results are made public, and you can watch as we improve our services.
* [https://wiki.mozilla.org/Support/Goals/2011Q1 Our quarterly goals] tell you, what we are planning on working on for the next 3 month.
* You can see the most important upcoming events on our [http://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=k7qfk36s15upe2qecc0nsrjbco%40group.calendar.google.com calendar]
* Take a look at [https://mail.mozilla.com/home/jsocol@mozilla.com/SUMO%20Schedule.html our development schedule], to see when the next releases are coming up.
