Hi, I am new to Firefox. Want to install the "Downthem All" add on to firefox. Done that. Now I want to download pictures from a particular site but I am not being able to do so. 1. I am not getting to see the image size (as in whether it is 50X50 or 250) in the dropdown window . My friend is able to do the same and see all the details. We have the same version.

This is for a very urgent office deliverable. Please help me asap. you can email me at audigoldvirtualservices@gmail.com or arijit.auddy82@gmail.com Skype: auddy.arijit

Unfortunately you posted in this forum in the wee hours of the morning here in the USA (2 am CTS) where most of the Firefox support contributors reside. Based upon usage (my observation) of this web site it is liable to be 8 to 10 hours before most contributors (who might also be DTA users) show up here, and it could be later in the day due to being a Saturday. Can't help you myself as I have never used DTA, and have no interest in that add-on.

The developers of Firefox add-ons are supposed to support their "product". Have you reviewed the help guide on the DTA page?
