Need help with manually transfering tabs, etc.
My laptop had windows 10. I backed up both its drives, C and D, in their entirety to an external drive and installed Linux (pop!_os), but forgot to open the browser one last time and export current tabs, bookmarks, passwords, history and so on beforehand. I believe I should have the unexported files in my backup, as the Mozilla folders are there. What files do I look for in the backup of my drives and how do I transfer them to my current installation of Firefox?

The first two links tell you which files to copy. You need to do that with Firefox closed.
