Delivery expired (message too old)
For the past few weeks I have been getting this message when sending/replying to Rogers/Yahoo emails:
5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) [Default] 421-'4.7.0 [TSS04] Messages from 76.10.157.34 temporarily deferred due to user complaints - 4.16.55.1; see https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/SLN3434.html'
eporting-MTA: dns; pmta11.teksavvy.com
Final-Recipient: rfc822;XXXXXXXX@rogers.com Action: failed Status: 5.0.0 (permanent failure) Remote-MTA: dns; [74.6.137.45] Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) [Default] 421-'4.7.0 [TSS04] Messages from 76.10.157.34 temporarily deferred due to user complaints - 4.16.55.1; see https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/SLN3434.html' (delivery attempts: 76)
The content is mild, just saying that that channel isn't available. The user complaint don't apply as he sent it to me and was awaiting the reply. Also, had it with other messages from other accounts, all yahoo. It seems to be only with Yahoo. Bell works OK. Spoke to my ISP, Teksavvy and they informed me that it was a rogers/Yahoo issue and they cannot assist.
Any Ideas?????

I believe that I have found the problem. It seems to be my VPN. Toad-Hall gave me a link and in there it suggested shared IP addresses.... I exempted Thunderbird from using the VPN and it worked.
I'll close this and monitor the situation to see if indeed that that is the solution.

I saw that, as indicated in my post. I've tried the Teksavvy webmail app and forwarded the reply, it works. Leads me to believe that there is a screwed up entry somewhere in Thunderbird on my account.
Trying to compare using webmail with using an email client and the providers SMTP server proves you know your username and password and nothing else. The providers server rejected it. Ask them. There is no such thing as a Thunderbird account.
