Hi, unfortunately no attachment came through...
We're sorry to hear that your Firefox seems to be crashing when you open it. Please perform the following steps to give us a crash report ID that helps us find out more about the cause of the crash.
- On the keyboard, press [Windows] The image "Windows key" does not exist. + [R]. This should bring up a Run window that contains a text field.
- In that text field, type %APPDATA% and press Enter. An explorer window should open.
- From that explorer window, double-click on the Mozilla folder, then double-click on Firefox and then on Crash reports. Double-click on submitted.
- Now, you should see a list of files that contain reports. Go to View > Arrange Icons by > Modified to get the most recent files at the top of the window.
- Open the most recent 5 files with a text editor and copy the IDs.
- Paste each ID with bp- into the reply window on the forums.
Thanks in advance!
What text editor would open these files to extract and copy.

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
Hello,
According to your crash report, the crash is caused by something called Nvidia's Network Access Manager , a part of NVIDIA ForceWare Multimedia.
You could uninstall the program if you want. Here's how: On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel, and then, under Programs, do one of the following:
- Click the Start menu
- Click Control Panel
- Click Add or Remove Programs.
- Find the program NVIDIA ForceWare Network Access Manager and click it
- Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab (to the right of the program).
This is a known bug in Firefox and should be fixed in a future release.
This link explains why it shouldn't be removed. link text
Nvidia programs are not compatible to the current Firefox. See if they have any updates. Otherwise,
Install an older version of Firefox {web link}
