After having to do a hard shutdown when I restarted I had lost the banner that had most visited, news, amazon, ebay, gmail. I cannot figure how to get it back. I want to just be able to click on what I want in the banner like I have always been able to do, it's a pain to have to enter it in the search now. Thanks, Donna

Hello Donna,

I believe you meant the Bookmark Toolbar thats gone missing after you had to Hard Shutdown. If that is the case we can get them by right clicking somewhere on the blank space next to an opened tab ,above the Address bar and check(select) the Bookmarks Toolbar from the menu. Hope that brings your banner back. Check and let me know...

Hello Donna,

I believe you meant the Bookmark Toolbar thats gone missing after you had to Hard Shutdown. If that is the case we can get them by right clicking somewhere on the blank space next to an opened tab ,above the Address bar and check(select) the Bookmarks Toolbar from the menu. Hope that brings your banner back. Check and let me know...
