There's really no details beyond that. I click on any of the Hotmail links, whether for an individual e-mail, to delete or move an e-mail that's been check-box selected, etc., and I got that same status/info of "javascript:;" at the bottom left of the window as the status message. Please e-mail me at steverino63@*******.com for help.

Again, I am on a Mac 10.4, Firefox 3.6.13 ... and in the last 24 hours, all of a sudden, I can't use Hotmail. None of the clickable links, whether to open an e-mail, delete one, etc. work. Period. When I hover the mouse cursor over any link, I get the info of "javascript:;"

That means that the link has an onclick action. Such links need to be left-clicked. Make sure that you do not block JavaScript.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
