Hello,

My firefox browser is not working, when I open it, it just stays stuck and when I enter an url on the search bar, it just stays written there and nothing more, no sign that it's loading but the "reload button" instantly goes to be "X". And when I access the setting to update it, it just stays on the process of looking for new updates, but stays stuck there no matter how long I wait .I'm stuck since it's my preferred browser and I really don't wanna lose my data saved on my extensions.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

I see several add-ons... ;-/ Did you try Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search104 Do you use Sync? Download a different version of Firefox (Beta, Dev, or Nightly) and make sure to install in a different directory and see if it works. You can also try to Refresh Firefox and see if it works. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings
