Asked to do survey for Mozilla which turned out to be advertising, will my security be compromised?

I went in to youtube and a page came up saying congratulations I had been selected to take a survey for mozilla. There were 4 questions about which browser I use and how often I use it. When I completed the survey it said in small print down the bottom that no browser had authorised this and that it was actually an advertisment. When I went back to the first page I looked closely at the mozilla icon and realised that it was slightly different. I'm worried that I might now have a virus or that someone somewhere can now track my personal details. I looked at the other questions that have been asked but felt that mine was slightly different in that it didn't happen on the browser page and that it wasn't a legitimate survey. Many thanks for your help with this.

Mozilla never shows ADS, it may be malware

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
