"Rotate Image" and other extensions are not part of Firefox if you tell us what extension you are/were using for the rotation someone might be able to offer you a substitute extension or tell you why you can't rotate. Besides the extension name also provide the url for troubleshooting.

Check your extensions in about:support unless combined with other features the extension name would probably have "Rotate" or "Image" in the name so try using Find on the Tools ("Alt+T") >Troubleshooting information, which would be the fastest and easiest way to find your extension.

Please remove "foxfire" from your Firefox spelling dictionary (pers.dat in your profile)
