I dislike popups very much and the QuiBids Mozilla Firefox popup show every time I close out. Why, since I have popups blocked? How do I stop it?

I removed the WPF Plugin for Mozilla and this stopped the QuiBids popup. Mozilla should not allow this type of thing to ride in on a download.
