Firefox 3.6.12 i686 does not have back and forward arrows

Firefox 3.6.12 i686 does not have back and forward arrows to use to go back a page or forward a page. There is no choice to go back or forward, so have to click on the red x and quit it.

This is solved. Firefox 3.6.12 View, Navigarion Toolbar was not checked.
