Firefox freezes when i access youtube

My firefox crashes when i load youtube, everytime i click on a video and just before it loads firefox freezes, please help, i disabled the plugin, uninstalled, re installed but none of these worked for me, i even ran a scan with my eset smart security and no viruses or malware detected. Thanks
