I cannot log onto my webmail (softhome.net) my login user name and password are accepted but it returns the message 'session closed, no authentication cookie detected' I have set my firefox security to standard

What add-ons do you have installed in Firefox for Android?
None that I know of. I can log on with the android stock Internet app. The firefox windows 10 desktop app has the same logon problem but the chrome app doesn't
I have deleted the android app on my phone and reinstalled it without linking it to my Firefox account and I can now log on. I will check with my desktop version to see what differences there are in the security settings
