Many might have done this before but I cannot seem to figure it out. I have in an email, a table and I need to change a table column size. How does one do this? Some think intuitiveness is guarenteed with a graphical interface. Please humor me. Thank you

There is nothing intuitive about Thunderbird's composer.

Select on the menu Format > table >Table properties Click on Cells to change the properties dialog from table. Change the selection to column.

The next and previous buttons select the column (which will be highlighted) and you change the details for the column.

Not that the settings default to pixels, but you will probably be better changing them to a % of the table width as pixels is very exacting and does not really translate will to the recipients display resolution if different to yours.
