Is there any way to recover user styles after using Nightly?

1. I use user styles in Stylus for safety and accessibility and readability tools on Firefox. I also use user css for some of the most important tools.

2. I tested a bug in Firefox Nightly. I then returned to Firefox.

3. I lost all my safety and accessibility and readability tools which used Stylus.

Is there any way to get them back? I use MacOS, so Time Machine might include the relevant files.

P.S. Uninstalled and reintalled Stylus. Only recovered that 1 user style, (which doesn't even work), lost all others (including custom-built safety tools)!

(Posting from Waterfox.)

Ooops...

I tried backing up from Time Machine but now Firefox is hosed. Basic settings have reverted to the default. Which isn't usable-- gifs, smooth scrolling, etc. all give me migraines. Keyboard shortcuts and menus are gone.

I had backed up my bookmarks just in case, and I plan to install them here.

I haven't been able to get the Mac to recognize Waterfox as my default browser, it keeps insisting on inaccessible blinking Safari. I don't know what I'll do if I can't fix that.

Going to have to go to Apple Support for that one. Good Luck.
