I cannot print when using Firefox. My printer prints fine when I use any other browser. My printer used to print just fine from firefox, but it suddenly stopped. I tried removing firefox and redownloading it but all I did was lose my stored info (which made things worse)

If you cannot see any content on pages you printed or in print preview, the cause might be margins which are set too high.

  1. In order to check the margins, we need to go to File > Page Setup.
  2. Once this is done, switch to the Margins & Header/Footer tab.
  3. Check what's set there under Margins.

The following are the default values for Margins:

Right: 12.7

Top: 12.7

Left: 12.7

Bottom: 12.7

Check these values accordingly and change them if necessary.

Thank you for trying but This did not help, I have tried this and many other things to no avail. I noticed a lot of people are having this problem and I believe it is a result of your "upgrades" to your browser. I have noticed that each time I am forced to "upgrade" the browser gets worse and worse. I have decided to go with another browser until firefox improves. Please let me know if you get better service, I will try you again in the future. Thank you

Try using the latest 29.0.1 Release version, rather than the Beta you posted here with.

I had the same problem and just recently fixed it. I went to my startup programs and prevented several from automatically starting on startup using msconfig. Then when I went to restart the computer I was told that there was a program preventing it. I used ctrl, alt, delete to open up the task manager and went to the process which my computer said was preventing the restart and ended the process. In my case it was ofspool.exe - not sure I got the spelling right. When the computer restarted everything was fixed. I also have my Firefox 29.0.1 set to never check for updates. Hope this will help someone.
