Since updating to Firefox 8.0.1 every time I turn my computer off I have to acknowledge and restart firefox for every add-on when I re-open my Firefox browser. Any ideas why?

When i turn my computer on and open my Firefox browser there are about a dozen tabs open, each one asking me to accept each add-on that I have enabled. I have to accept, then push continue and then restart Firefox to enable the add-on. Is there a setting that I may have missed somewhere?
