my FOSS addon has been rejected after being available for more than 2 months
Well, I am feeling very upset right now, but I will try to tell my issue quietly. I submitted an addon in last January called "Classical Music Only" https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/classical-music-only/ that is open source and hosted on Github. Yesterday, some irresponsible reviewer, for some reason, set my addon as rejected and removed it from the addon store without a single warning. The reason as was emailed to me, is that the code has obfuscation. The code was acutally built using Webpack and minified. But the source code is available on Github https://github.com/classicalmusiconly/classicalmusiconly-extension and you can follow the instructions and build it yourself. And you can simply compare the hash of the zip file of the contents of the dist directory with the uploaded zip file to the addon store to make sure that they are the same file. So why did this reviewer remove my addon abruptly and without a warning, that's something I don't know and I find it unprofessional and suspicious to say the least. The funny thing is that he's asking for how to generate the final XPI. XPI? really? does this guy even know what he's talking about?
