When I am working in my online accountingprogramm, after a while Firefox will automatically close down my log-in in that program. How can I manipulate the settings in Firefox so that I can stay in and keep on working in my accountingprogramm? Yesterday I lost work from 1 hour...so that's not what you want while you are working on it. Tell me please how to fix this problem. Or do I have to use another browser? If so, which one can I use for this specific problem. Thanks, Jolanda

Hi, can not find any info on that and what was is before 57+ code changes and add-ons that did no longer work. Suggest as for help from that website or look through there support pages. Or save your work. As everyone used to do before auto-save came along.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

I've asked them and they say that in their programm is NO automatic log off build in. They told me it must be a setting in the browser, so the browser knows it is a safe website and there is no need to log out.

So is it just that single program running in FF when FF closes down?

Hi, it could be your ISP or another program that when it finds idle for too long closes the connection. Can try : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 59.0.1 with a Full Version Installer
