HGTV website will not let me put in a sweepstake entry. It shows error message. they say i need to disable add blocker & enable pop up blocker still not workir
I am trying to fill out an sweepstakes entry from hgtv website. I fill out an entry there which fine. their website then directs you to a second chance to enter the sweepstakes at the Frontdoor website which is affiliated with HGTV. When I get to that page to enter, it shows Sorry message and it doesn't go through. I sent a message to them for help and they said to disable my add blocker and to enable my pop up blocker and clear the cache. I did that and I still cannot put an entry in at the Frontdoor. Am I doing something wrong? Please help.

First make sure your antivirus is allowing that site or the adwares from that site. Or simply disable the plugins for the website checker provided by ur antivirus. 2nd step reset ff. 3rd step allow pop ups and things that the site team has asked you to do. This should work. If still not working then try to use that site using I.E if it works with it then i believe you will have to re install or upgrade your ff and if the site is not working with I.E also then there is problem with the site only
