Every time I try to access my documents in Google Drive, the following error message appears and then Firefox crashes:

"A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

Script: https://docs.google.com/static/document/client/js/3813695421-kix_main_i18n_kix_core.js:405 "

I have a PC, Windows 7.

I'd really appreciate some help! Thanks in advance.

Do you have crash reports with a "bp-" prefix?

Crash reports without this prefix are likely to not have been submitted to the Mozilla crash report website.

All that shows is what I have pasted above.

How should I submit the crash report?

If the issue occurs in Firefox Safe Mode, then the issue isn't caused by an extension or plugin installed on your Firefox browser.

Try doing the following:

  • Scan your computer for viruses
  • Scan your computer for malware
  • Scan your computer for bad registries (I recommend CCleaner)

Hmm... No viruses or malware showed up in the scans, and I ran C-Cleaner, but the problem has still not been solved.
