hello, could you provide your latest few submitted crash reports? please enter about:crashes into the location bar, copy the latest few report ids from there starting with bp- & paste them here into a forum reply. this will give us a better understanding what may be triggering those crashes.
Here you go, but when I typed in "about:crashes", what came up was "Unsubmitted Crash Reports", and I submitted all of them, so I don't understand... Also, there was no "bp" anywhere to be found! :-\ Lida

Ok, well none of the above help nor do the submitted crash reports as they go elsewhere.
Update Video Card Drivers
Please Refresh but do this 1st:
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles
then
TEST....... If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test ...:
If is your Profile :
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Transferring_data_to_a_new_profile_-_Firefox
Note: Any customization will revert back to default, you will also need to reinstall Extensions. Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
Sorry...I don't understand a word of your response... :-( Lida
If a line on the about:crashes page doesn't start with "bp-" then click the line to submit the report and the link will be updated and gets a "bp-" prefix if the report is submitted successfully.
- please do not add the "bp-" prefix yourself
When I clicked on the latest "unsubmitted crash report" as you stated, it stated "Processing This Crash Report", and I got the following page which I've copied and pasted below, and the same thing occurred when I clicked on any of them. (No "bp-"prefix to be found?):

Posting the GUID of the crash report is sufficient.
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
No need to post the content on the report.
- bp-4e8f6daf-2c99-4c86-93f4-3de5e0171225
- Firefox 57.0.2 Crash Report [@ IPCError-browser | ShutDownKill ]
You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Options/Preferences -> General: Performance
remove checkmark: [ ] "Use recommended performance settings"
remove checkmark: [ ] "Use hardware acceleration when available" - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/performance-settings
Close and restart Firefox after modifying the setting to make the change effective.
You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.
