cannot locate anything on the tool line that allows me to delete an email after I have read it. Also would like the newest email to be at the top. Right now, the oldest is on the top and the newest on the bottom.

To delete: 1. Press delete on your keyboard. 2. Right click and select delete. 3. Right click the Mail toolbar with Get Messages-Write etc on it and select Customize. Find the delete button and drag it to the toolbar and drop it there. 4. Turn on the Message Pane by pressing F8 and use the delete key on that header.

Sorting. Click any header to sort on that column. Click that same header a second time to reverse the sort. A small pointer appears on the header being used for sorting and it points in the direction of the sort. So click Date to sort by date. Click Date again to reverse the sort.
