Have used Firefox for years and now that I am up to ver 50.1.0 I have this crash problem. Use Flash Player to access Bank of America site and Flash will run for a few seconds and then crash and give me the "crashed and restart" windows. REestart does not help. I have tried all the fixes listed but no Joy.

I have just started using a new machine with: Asus Z170 MB, Intel core 5 cpu, 32 GB memory. This resulted in a new download of FireFox and the crash problem.

Anyone have any ideas?

Let's reinstall the player.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.

Flash Player Version: 24.0.0.194

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>
