Why has TB stopped downloading one weekly email I have gotten for several years?
I have been receiving a weekly email from a specific sender for the last 4 years. About 3 months ago TB stopped downloading that specific email. TB downloads hundreds of other emails but not that one. I have tried sending that email to my other email account and then sending them back to my earthlink.ne account but with no luck. TB just ignores those emails form the other accounts just as it does the original email. Any ideas?

Log into your account at the Earthlink site. Are the missing email in your Inbox? Thunderbird downloads messages that actually make it into your Inbox on the providers server.
