After updating my Firefox to 38.0.5, all my bookmarks, autocomplete saved website, saved password are gone. I've tried to recover my bookmarks by following instruction in: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1027158 & https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cant-add-change-or-save-bookmarks?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Bookmarks+not+saved#w_fix-the-bookmarks-file

Also, I did a refresh and hat didn't work as well.

Do you have an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop?

If you have and there is more than one profile then you can check older profiles to see if they have your lost data. You can also check the default location in AppData\Roaming for lost profiles.

You can transfer files from a previously used profile to the current profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
