Please post info as described here:

you can edit/remove anything to do with fonts and printers, but do not edit anything else.

The username should be your full email address. The password is the one you use to log on to your webmail using a browser.

If the password is correct (you can logon to see webmail ok) then although it is correct, it may not be correct for the settings you are using.
