tried to log into mozzilla for SYNC they stated i needed new password which they sent....i have not reccieved it yet after 15 minutes
tried to log in to sync acct was told i needed to reset pasword and they would send me a reset password since the acct was before 12 2010
have not received it its been 30 minutes
please advise

Check that your e-mail address is correct, check your junk mail folder. Then try again.
