Just to be clear, the problem is not that YOU are blocked from seeing the Facebook Like button on your own page, but OTHER PEOPLE are blocked from seeing it because they are using an ad blocker?

Generally speaking, there's no way to prevent your site visitors from using add-ons or services that change the appearance of your page. Some sites display warnings to people using ad blockers and deny them access to the content they want until they unblock the ads. I'm not sure that's a good strategy, as your visitor might just leave. You might want to do a little research on the web on what strategies other webmasters are finding effective, if any, to get the Facebook Like button to appear.
