Hello,
The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
- Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.
Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.

Thank you.
It did not solve it
You can check for pref(s) on the about:config page that refer to that website and reset these prefs to the default value via the right-click context menu.
You can check for problems with preferences and rename or delete the prefs.js file and possible numbered prefs-##.js files and a possible user.js file to reset all prefs to the default value.

could you go to firefox > help > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? this might give us a clue what is going on...
Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- TDSSKiller - AntiRootkit Utility
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.
Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Am not sure is this is what you need
please try uninstalling firefox from the windows control panel. afterwards manually check if the firefox program folder got deleted (it's usually in C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox) and else remove it manually. then download & install a fresh copy at getfirefox.com
Modified
I have uninstalled FF about 5 time non of this is helping I even uninstalled Babylon from from all program still there
nobody is explaining to me what to look for when you go to about:config I see too many things there Im not sure what to disable this come after I downloaded you tube video download
have you also removed the firefox program folder manually afterwards as described above (because in some cases malware programs might still be nesting there, so they will return after a reinstall of the browser).
Nobody is telling me how to remove
if you uninstall Firefox how do you find the other files of FF in the PC
Your profile will not be removed during uninstall and that is where all bookmarks etc. are
You can reinstall from getfirefox.com
I can delete my profile but I may still not get it out
Deleting your profile loses your bookmarks. Unless you backed them up manually.
I delete the profile I still see it on my home page
I was able to open aboutconfig but I do not know what am looking for as I can not see it anywhere apart from the home page
