Hi there,

Sorry about that problem, that does sound very annoying! Does this happen every time you try to click on an e-mail link on websites, or does it happen at other times? It sounds like there is a problem with the default mail client specified in Firefox. The first think you should do is verify that the e-mail client you're using is indeed set as the system default. Depending on which client you're using, this could be done in a number of different ways.

The other thing you could try is Reset Firefox, which restores a lot of the common Firefox settings that can cause problems. Don't worry, you won't lose your saved bookmarks, passwords and other important stuff, but it will restore all other settings, leaving you with a fresh start.

If this sounds something you'd be open to trying, here are the instructions: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

Please let me know if this solves the problem so I can tick this off of my todo list - or please let me know if you need more help and I'll get on this again to sort it out for you!

Thanks, David
