How can I save Firefox apps on a different computer? I can't do it with Sync.

Firefox can save bookmarks, tabs, and other settings. Is there a way to transfer Firefox apps from one PC to another?

Thanks-

In Firefox they're called add-ons.

If you copy over your Entire profile replacing the content of the new profile with old profile, you will have everything if you just use one profile. Be sure to do that with Firefox down, and remove the contents of the profile folder you created on the new computer before replacing it with the content of the old profile and the .ini fie from the Firefox folder above the profiles folder.

To give you an idea of what all you would have to transfer individually based on what you think you would need see the following I have no intention of reinstalling 123 or more extensions and fiddling with a the options and configuration settings.

To find your current profile use

If you have multiple profiles, you would probably not be asking but you would want to replace the Firefox folder or at least the profiles.ini file and all folders down from there on the new computer -- that is assuming you will not be using the old computer or synching to it..
