All of a sudden websites are not saving my logon information. For example, weather.com will not save my city even tho I tell it to over and over again.
Yahoo and Pogo used to save my user name and password so that I didn't have to type them in each time, now they do not. I am using Windows XP.

Most likely, these features use cookies to recognize your browser when you next visit the page. Firefox has a variety of features for cookie retention and clearance, and there are third party cleaners and other security tools that may remove cookies.

Next, I notice your post says you are running version 3.0.19. This is an insecure version of Firefox that was last updated about 15 months ago. For your security, you should upgrade to either Firefox 3.6.18 or Firefox 5.
