My cooliris add on is unable to save my favs. my bookmarks don't get saved either

My Cooliris add on is unable to save my favorites and my bookmarks are not being saved either. Went to Options>Privacy>Use custom Settings and tried to straighten it there. It would not save my preferences. I tried what was offered on the Help page.... not helping. Please help. Thank you
