When I'm in Google Docs and Sheets, the Toolbar has no symbols. I contacted Google and they said that I should contact Firefox.

It is bug 1773355 and it will be fixed in 111. For now you can enter about:config in the address bar and set gfx.max-texture-size = 65535, then restart the browser.
